Remuneration for senior executives

FRISQ strives to provide our employees with a market-based total remuneration, enabling the company to attract and retain skilled employees.

Remuneration for senior executives shall consist of fixed salary, variable salary, long-term equity-related incentives, pension benefits and other benefits as well as terms of leave. Compensation shall be based on the importance of duties, competence requirements, experience and performance.

Remuneration to the Board

Remuneration for members of the Board, including the Chairman, is determined by the Annual General Meeting.
At the Annual General Meeting held on 3 May 2017, it was decided that compensation for members of the Board, until the next Annual General Meeting, will be paid in the amount of SEK 200,000 for the Chairman of the Board and SEK 100,000 for each of the other members. The compensation is the same as the previous year.
